Juni Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy (the “Policy”) applies to your use of the branding, creatives and designs provided to the Partner by Juni Technology AB (“Juni”) or approved by Juni ("Juni Content") and/or www.juni.co ("Juni Platform"). Any use of Juni Content is subject to a signed agreement between you and Juni that references this Policy.

The following does not constitute an acceptable use of the Juni Content and any actions by a Partner or any person acting on a Partner’s behalf shall be considered a breach of this Policy and your agreement with Juni:

• The use of the word "bank", or any words derived from the word "bank" such as "banking" or "bank account", in relation to any of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform.
• Any marketing activities targeted at Denmark using the word "Juni" under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, any marketing targeted at Danish internet protocol addresses and/or using the ccTLD ."dk".
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform in a manner which is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform to transmit any data or materials which contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programme or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
• Generating artificial traffic to the Juni Platform.
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform to promote, include and/or link to any content that is sexually explicit, violent, illegal, deceptive, misleading, harmful, obscene, defamatory, unethical, infringing or violative of any third party right.
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform in a manner that is threatening, abusive or invasive of another’s privacy, or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform in a manner that is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform in a manner that impersonates any person, or misrepresents the Affiliate’s identity or affiliation with any person.
• Use of the Juni Content or the Juni Platform in a manner that gives the impression that such material emanates from Juni (if this is not the case).

Juni can from time to time in its sole discretion make changes to this Policy.
