For a small team like Rebelly, where no single role is dedicated solely to finance, administration quickly became a bottleneck. “When we occasionally increased our marketing and spent very high amounts on ads, our old bank would suddenly pause payments because it triggered some kind of warning. Then we had to sit in a phone queue to try and get through to the bank to resolve it, which also took up unnecessary time,” says Gustav, continuing:
“When these different, massive time-wasters hit, both with paused ads and manual receipt work, I realised that if I could get help automating and streamlining this, it would save me time on half my job. That's when I started looking for a suitable solution.”

“The integration with Fortnox is also very smooth and simple. It took a while for us to get started with it because we went through a few different accounting firms in a short space of time, as they didn't quite fit our modern and digital mindset. But now we’ve found the right one, and the firm we use now appreciates that we work more digitally. The Fortnox integration streamlines their work too, so they can focus on things other than chasing receipts and manual work,” says Gustav.

Rebelly is now entering an exciting expansion phase. Demand is high, and they are currently fully booked almost every week, which has led to plans to increase production with a new, larger production unit. With increased capacity and refrigerated transport covering the whole of Sweden, a clear financial overview is more important than ever.
