“Using my personal company card with Apple Pay is really convenient. It simplifies payments on the go,“ says Elias.

The administration connected to making expenses, especially managing receipts, is much smoother with Juni. Juni Match collects and scans email attachments like receipts and invoices, then automatically matches them with transactions for simplified reconciliation. If a team member forgot to add a receipt, Juni sends a reminder so that all receipts are collected easily with no chasing.

Credwise uses their dedicated receipt inbox to email receipts to, and Juni takes care of the rest.

“Juni's user-friendly interface allows us to easily handle both digital and paper receipts, reducing errors and saving time,” says Elias. “Receipt matching saves me a lot of time matching and checking everything. Now I just send everything in bulk to Fortnox.”

Credwise have integrated Juni with their accounting software Fortnox, and with Meta and Google for advertising spend. Centralising their finances in Juni makes it easier to prepare their transactions and do their accounting.

“It saves us a lot of time to just send everything in bulk to Fortnox in the correct format. It’s great!” says Elias.
